A bright blue oblong object was sighted over the Hawaiian island Oahu on December 29, 2020.
A witness named Misitina Sape captured footage of the object with her cellphone at about 8:26 p.m. in Nanakuli. “Something is in the sky,” she can be heard saying, “What is that?”
LARGE BLUE UFO SEEN ABOVE OAHU APPEARED TO DROP INTO OCEAN

Another witness, identified only as Moriah, jumped into her car with her husband to follow the object, only to watch it eventually fall from the sky into the ocean. She, too, was able to capture footage.
She then phoned the police, and while they responded, her husband noticed a different unidentified object, which was smaller and had a white color. That one appeared to vanish beyond a mountain.
According to Moriah, neither object made any noise. “I don’t know what it was,” she told Hawaii News Now.
Hawaii News Now reached out to both the Honolulu police and the Federal Aviation Administration, and found that neither had any concrete explanations. The FAA did note that police reported a “possible plane down in the area,” but nothing that was unaccounted for to explain the glowing blue anomaly.
