Google Maps Anomalies: A Shadow in the Dark

A simple glitch or weird quirk of the camera can make any simple street scene in Google Maps turn into something out of a nightmare.

For example: The blurred entrance of a building in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina in southern Brazil invites you to take a look. But clicking on it reveals a haunting shadowy figure surrounded by darkness.

  1. Holy creepiness!! I don’t care what people try to debunk that to be, or not to be because whatever it is, or it is not- I still do not like it! Note to self: Blurry glitches and other blurry stuff on Google Maps are best left blurry! 🙂
