Footage of an odd UFO sighting in Mexico has led many to wonder: Just what is that dark thing seemingly dangling from the sky?
The elongated object appeared over Baja California on January 11, 2018. Reportedly, a woman who happened to be driving by at the time and captured footage.
It’s bouncy and perhaps a bit nauseating, as smartphone footage tends to be, but watching you can clearly make out a dark, squiggly unidentified object that seems to hover in the air. Near the end of the video, it even appears to descend smoothly.
Always on the case, The Daily Mail spoke to UFO expert Pedro Ramirez, who believes this could very well be the “first sighting of 2018.” He describes the possible craft as “tubular,” and also mentions that we may be seeing an uptick in extraterrestrial activity due to recent space launches. So, UFO hunters, be ready for 2018, because things might just be heating up.
Browsing comments about the video, I see some claiming it’s an obvious hoax due to poor tracking, others questioning why there isn’t more video available. Some have offered their own explanations, providing the footage is real: A balloon, perhaps, or a speck of dirt or something on the car’s window.
Now, real or not, if you ask me this particular UFO bears a striking resemblance to what I like to call Sky Snakes. Do those exist? I don’t know. But the truth is out there.
