CERN’s LHC: Will We Find Parallel Universes…or the Gates of Hell?

Bad news on the Large Hadron Collider front: a short circuit could delay its scheduled restart, which would have happened right about now, for “days or even weeks,” according to BBC News.

Now, while this is mostly par for the course, some people are actually relieved that the LHC’s reboot has been delayed. Why? Well, because some believe running the collider at double the power could lead to an “extinction level event” or, worse, open up a portal to Hell.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard doomsday theories surrounding the LHC. Not only were concerns raised back in 2008, but in 2012 one woman took her case to court in an attempt to shut down the entire operation, in fear that the particle accelerator would create a black hole and swallow the Earth!

But maybe that black hole business isn’t too far off. According to Phys.org (referencing a recently published study), “the key to finding parallel universes may come from detecting miniature black holes at a certain energy level. The detection of the mini black holes would indicate the existence of extra dimensions, which would support string theory and related models that predict the existence of extra dimensions as well as parallel universes.”

Now, if you know me, you know where my mind goes when I hear about CERN and the creation of “miniature black holes.” That’s right; John Titor, Internet time traveler extraordinaire. Although, to be fair, Faizal clarifies in the same article that they’re not talking about parallel universes in the context of Many-worlds, but rather universes in extra dimensions. We’ll see.

As for the doomsday scenarios, those will always be in the air. About this time last year, concerns were raised over the upgrade of another super collider, Brookhaven National Laboratory’s Realistic Heavy Ion Collider. In that case, certain “experts” warned of the creation of black holes and killer strangelets, which could hypothetically turn Earth into a giant blob of “strange matter.” This, as far as I can tell, didn’t happen.

Regarding the “gates of Hell,” I believe the fear, from what I’ve read, is that the discovery of these “parallel universes” will open a portal allowing dark entities to enter our world, similar to what I discussed in my post Is CERN’s Large Hadron Collider Actually a Star Gate? Apparently, those fears are still present.

At any rate, whenever CERN’s LHC does restart, it will do so with double its previous energy. What will we discover then?

I was waiting for this 😀
Knew something was going to delay it.
Just hope a blackhole doesn’t come when they start it.

I remember my mother protesting microwave ovens as being unsafe. I think people will look back at the lhc and laugh at all the fears we had. Or well all be dead

      microwave ovens are unsafe.

Assuming that Atlantis was a real place and that it came to an untimely end due to too much scientific envelope pushing, and that our world is now populated by the many reincarnated Atlanteans who were directly and indirectly responsible for it’s sinking back then, I expect CERN represents our full-circle return to that very critical moment in time wherein we are all collectively (hopefully) learning from our past mistake. One can only hope that the delay will turn out to be a permanent decision to quit while we’re still ahead.

On another note but still on the same subject: after reading the article “Crash NOT Credible Accident or Suicide” by Gordon Duff posted March 26, 2015 http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/03/26/this-crash-is-in-no-way-manner-nor-form-a-credible-accident-or-suicide/ I also read thru the comments section; the comment left by “John Vescuso” on March 27th is relevant to this subject. (I’ve cut/pasted his comment below for you to read. Interestingly enough, the corroborating link from Dutchsinse’s site provided is broken.)

Have you taken into account that CERN was Powering UP – Military Weapons, Radio Frequency, space anomalies / comets, planets, other natural phenomenon, Weather Modification CERN STARTING UP !
CERN and their magnet malfunction. Particularly the time of the short circuit on the mega-magnet. All reports said CERN was powering up on the 23rd.. even reports issued on the day of the 23rd said they were all green for go at CERN.
3/27/2015 — Giant Microwave Pulse seen across Europe, Africa, and Atlantic on March 23 into 24th
A giant pulse of energy occurred on the night of the 23rd going into the 24th:
The cause of this large pulse of energy is still ‘unknown’, however it coincides with something else worth mentioning again.

    Then this pulse occurred.

    Then the plane crashed.

Then CERN came out and said they haven’t been powered on since the 21st?!

In terms of the energy output possible from even the newly amped up LHC it stills falls far short of that which is produced by cosmic rays which regularly strike the Earth with no apparent misfortune. I’m personally hopeful for what might eventually be possible with advancements in table-top particle accelerators. The energies we may be capable of producing from these within the next couple of decades will completely dwarf anything the LHC will ever attain.

  • I believe we might in fact be dead right now if the LHC did create a black hole.

Time to ask Kyoma Hohoin and his Future Gadget Laboratory members if this would be real…
