Oh, hey, what’s that?
It’s a giant eyeball discovered Wednesday at Pompano Beach, Florida.
Like the beginning to some science fiction horror movie, Gino Covacci was walking down the shoreline of Pompano Beach when he came across an odd-looking sphere, about the size of a softball, lying in the sand.
He approached it, and gently rolled it over. It was a giant, blue eyeball.
The eye is now in possession of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and will eventually travel to the Wildlife Research Institute in St. Petersburg for further investigation.
Experts say it may have belonged to a “large fish,” but for now they simply don’t know. Perhaps something terrible will arrive soon from the depths of the ocean…
Although, if you ask me, the eye kind of looks like a small, gooey Wheatley from Portal 2 (that fall from space must’ve hurt).
Stranger Dimensions Proving we actually live in a b-movie since 2011
